About Me

Gabrielle is a compassionate coach, educator, and somatic practitioner with over a decade of experience guiding individuals through emotional healing, identity work, and life transitions. Her approach blends trauma-informed care, somatic intelligence, and ancestral wisdom with tools for clarity, intimacy, and self-agency. With more than 500 private coaching sessions, in-person workshops, masterminds, and immersive programs, Gabrielle creates spaces for deep transformation, nervous system restoration, and self-remembrance.

As a lifelong teacher and student of life, Gabrielle orients herself toward understanding the inner world—hers and others’—as well as the collective and cultural forces that shape us. She has lived in and traveled to over 90 countries in pursuit of this understanding, cultivating a lens of empathy and perspective that informs every part of her work. Her background as a human rights activist and journalist gives her a unique insight into the impact of trauma, oppression, and social systems on individual mental health and spiritual identity.

Gabrielle is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, with the intention of integrating her clinical training with the Indigenous knowledge she gained through apprenticeship with her curandero in Oaxaca, Mexico. She is also completing her ICF Level 2 coaching certification, and is certified in both Creatively Fit Coaching and Spiritual Response Therapy.

Whether producing ritual-infused dance events in New York City or guiding one-on-one healing work, Gabrielle invites people back into relationship with their inner child, inner wisdom, and innate sovereignty. She believes healing is not a linear path, but a return to wholeness.
